Step Into the Race:

5 KM or 10 KM – What’s Your Goal?

The Gulf Bank 642 Marathon offers both a 5 KM and 10 KM race, catering to different levels of experience. The 5 KM distance is perfect for newcomers who want to take their first step into running. It's the shortest option, requiring minimal preparation, making it an accessible challenge for beginners.

For those looking to push their limits, the 10 KM race offers a more demanding test of endurance. To complete this distance, runners should be able to maintain a steady pace for at least 30 minutes without stopping, which requires more training compared to the 5 KM. Whether you're just starting or aiming for a tougher challenge, there’s a race for everyone!
